Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with ATL and BTL content marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube , Twitter)
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and improve strategies
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
• Recommend best practices for engaging with potential guests online
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments if required
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, specifically in hospitality or travel industry
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their target audiences in Hong Kong
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
