Objective
• Responsible for achieving share and sales targets for key Cardiac and Vascular Surgery technologies
• Drive to increase market size and share on Artivion products in assigned territory
• Takes full accountability of patient outcomes and clinical excellence with our products and therapies
• Product expert on the products and therapies capable of differentiating our products and therapies from competition and create a market for them

Job Responsibilities
• Provide best in class clinical user support creating customer delight through top notch knowledge and a sense of patient centric behavior
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of tenders and work with distributors and 4PLs to ensure timely tender entry and presence
• Achieve revenue goals
• Deliver customers and distributor trainings
• Comply with mandatory training and attend training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Clinical and Distributor teams to develop activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the business gain market share and differentiate from its competitors
• Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs and decision makers and engage them through workshops, seminars, conferences etc. to differentiate the Artivion brand.
• Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels, both clinical and economic stakeholders in order to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential
• Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products, activities and strategies in Hong Kong
• Willing to learn extensively and constantly develop clinical skills and acumen
• Willing to work long and odd hours to meet emergency patient needs and demonstrate creative acumen in ensuring that the right inventory is available for successful outcomes in procedures

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Master’s degree preferred
• Mid-career professional with at least 3 years of experience in the Cardiac and Vascular Surgery product sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile organization and is motivated by a high growth and high performing environment
• Demonstrates solutions-focused approach with high capability to solve problems and present solutions
• Have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedural knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all hospital stakeholders
• Must be self-disciplined, organized and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout territory.
• Must be highly motivated and have strong desire to succeed in a demanding role
• Basic IT literacy
• Resident within Hong Kong
