Account Manager, Sustainability
The Role
Join a dynamic team of brand and sustainability strategists, storytellers, creatives, and client relationship experts committed to helping businesses deliver positive impact. We are on the lookout for an Account Manager, Sustainability, with experience in sustainability strategy, communications and reporting projects.
Responsibilities
• As a dynamic Account Manager for our sustainability practice, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, steering projects from conception to completion with strategic insight and a focus on delivering outstanding results.
• You’ll be entrusted with guiding teams through complex projects, ensuring that every detail aligns with our client’s goals while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving both client satisfaction and project success.
• This position offers a unique opportunity to work across various sectors in a regional and purpose-driven brand and sustainability consultancy, engaging with a diverse array of clients and channels. With a clear path for professional growth, this role allows you to expand your technical sustainability skills, take on greater responsibilities, and make a tangible impact on our clients’ sustainability journeys.
About You
• Proven Project Management experience in sustainability strategy, communications or reporting work.
• You live for the details and take pride in delivering great work: you are passionate about the quality of outputs and outcomes.
• A well-organized and logical thinker.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Cantonese language skills.
• Masterful at creating a seamless and personalized delivery experience for everyone involved.
