The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, is looking for a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Corporate Communications & Marketing Department.
Responsibilities:
• Devise and execute digital content plans and manage the relevant promotion and outreach campaigns to achieve business goals based on the projects’ objectives
• Manage the content sourcing and production of the GoGBA digital platforms
• Drive digital product enhancement and content maintenance in collaboration with internal departments, agencies, and external stakeholders through horizontal and vertical liaison
• Work closely with technical and content teams to deliver digital projects offering quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Conduct data analytics to provide performance reports and insights for digital platforms optimisation (content consumption and usage journey)
• Formulate and implement digital initiatives through new media and digital platforms to build brand awareness, drive traffic and generate conversion
• Help define business requirements, operational metrics, key performance indicators, and develop roadmap for the HKTDC’s digital properties
Requirements
• University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on and practical experience in digital content sourcing, editing and maintenance as well as in project management and online marketing communications
• Outstanding writing and editing skills in English and Chinese (traditional and simplified)
• Proven record of managing all aspects of a successful digital product lifecycle
• Experience in managing websites, apps, WeChat and analytics tools will be an advantage
• Strong organisational, project management and planning skills; able to prioritise multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work quality
• Adept at marketing analytics with strong skills in digital and social analytics tools (including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Meltwater, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in and contribute as a good team player
Candidates with less solid experience will be offered at Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing and Partnership
Remuneration And Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
