About You
• You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
• You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and extremely resourceful (in your past life you could've been a detective)

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:
• Contribute to the design process for digital products in WeLab Bank & WeLab Group
• Create high-quality UI/UX designs including wireframes, visuals, flow diagrams and prototypes. Assist with user testing, user research, and creating user journeys
• Collaborate with development teams to implement design specifications
• Deliver quality layouts and design elements within tight timelines and while managing multiple tasks
• Work with the design team to develop comprehensive cross-media solutions
• Provide support for miscellaneous design work company-wide as required
What Is Required And What We’re Looking For
• At least 3 years of experience as Designer (with 2 years in UI/UX design)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. After Effects is a plus
• Experience of creating, maintaining and deploying pattern and component libraries
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience in illustration, animation or video editing
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
• A good team player and good at collaboration
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Ability to communicate in Putonghua would be an advantage
• Portfolio is required for application
