Since then, we have partnered with a range of global companies, such as Meta, IWC, Warner Music and more to showcase the possibility of technology across all industries. 2023 and 2024 is a phase of expansion and automation. We are expanding the Preface Ecosystem globally to London, Singapore, Japan, and more and at the same time developing cutting edge technology in preparation for Preface 2.0. We are just getting started.
About The Role
As a high-growth organization, Preface is actively looking for a motivated individual to join the Strategic Accounts Team.
• We're seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager for our Strategic Accounts team(B2B) at Preface, a global Tech-Enabling Company revolutionizing Tech Education for Corporates, Schools & Individuals.
• Reporting to the Head of Strategic Accounts, this role is commercially focused and requires cross-functional collaboration with different internal & external stakeholders to maximize Preface's key revenue stream, B2B Strategic Accounts.
• You'll oversee the Strategic Accounts stream's P&L and corporate partner relationships, while developing strategies to drive growth through our B2B network. Additionally, you'll source and onboard new Strategic partners.
• This role offers an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, ambitious individual to gain valuable commercial and strategic business experience. You will work in a stimulating and collaborative environment where your ideas are valued.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be In The Following Areas
• Business Development: Source new strategic partners(B2B) for Preface and bring them on board, utilizing an end-to-end sales process from prospecting to pitching to closing.
• Key Accounts Management: Build strong relationships with Strategic Accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Ecosystem Building: Manage the portfolio and cultivate a values-driven B2B networking ecosystem.
• Strategy Planning: Identifying and developing new business opportunities with Corporate clients.
• Cross-stream Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue with B2B and B2B2C initiatives.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data to make informed decisions and optimize performance across the conversion process.
About You

• Agility and Creativity: Being flexible and agile in finding solutions and being open to creative approaches when faced with limited resources or constraints
You may also have similar or equivalent experiences as below:
• Bachelor degree holder
• Fluent in English & Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years of solid experience in Business Development/Account Management/Partnerships e.g. Negotiation handling/Upselling/Account Servicing/Relationships building
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, Sales/Target oriented
• Strong commercial acumen and comfortable understanding and using data
• Experience as a P&L owner/in startups/in Tech companies is a plus
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Manager, Strategic Accounts
