Full Stack / System Analyst - Nodejs

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack / System Analyst with expertise in Node.js to join our dynamic client team with over 20 members, incluidng Project team, IT Support and Development team. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of full-stack development, allowing them to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust web applications. This role demands not only strong coding skills but also the analytical ability to assess systems and provide innovative solutions to optimize performance and user experience. As a Full Stack / System Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Your expertise will contribute to shaping our technology strategy and enhancing our product offerings. In addition, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior developers. Responsibilities
• Design and develop full-stack web applications using Node.js and related technologies.
• Analyze system requirements and recommend solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience.
• Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure applications are functioning optimally before deployment.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, making enhancements as necessary.

Requirements
• Proven experience in full-stack development, specifically with Node.js and related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, SQL, or similar.
• Knowledge of API design and development, including RESTful services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and technical information.
