What You'll Do:

As our Growth/Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our paid advertising efforts across Facebook, Google, and TikTok. You'll take full ownership of our advertising strategy and execution, ensuring that our campaigns not only reach the right audiences but also deliver impressive returns.
• Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns that boost profitability and scale our business.
• Monitor and Optimize: Keep a close eye on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROAS, CPMs, CTRs, and cost per purchase.
• Lead Creative Collaboration: Work alongside our creative team to guide the development of compelling ad assets that resonate with our target audience.
• Global Impact: Focus on global markets with a special emphasis on the U.S., expanding ShiftCam's reach and brand awareness.
• Utilize Your Skills: Leverage your expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and Excel/Google Sheets to drive results.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising for eCommerce, particularly on Shopify platforms.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPMs, CTRs, cost per purchase) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
