Legal Tech is an early-stage startup company with a vision to bring the AI revolution into the practice of translation, which has traditionally been bespoke and labor-intensive. We have assembled an all-star cast of partners, including the AI development and data science team that developed Ricoh’s large-language model capabilities, and professors and a program director from HKU law faculty and Columbia University’s applied analytics faculty. Our first offering delivers accurate and culturally appropriate two-way translation of legal documents that outperforms existing tools, especially in understanding and transferring the meaning of text between languages.
