Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for a diverse portfolio of entities, including maintaining full sets of books, processing daily payments, handling accounting vouchers, and conducting bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end closings, financial schedules, reports, and tax computations.
• Ensure the accurate, timely, and insightful documentation, reporting, and analysis of financial data, meeting management's evolving needs.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and support interim and annual audits.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders like banks, auditors, and professional bodies to streamline daily accounting procedures.
• Uphold compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and tax requirements governing financial reporting and taxation.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial data.
• Fulfil other assigned ad hoc responsibilities.

Requirements
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, tax, or audit roles.
• Membership in HKICPA/ACCA or an equivalent professional body.
• Exposure to Trust Accounting is a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, preferably with familiarity in using Flex and CCH.
• Strong team player with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
• Hong Kong residency is a must
