Responsibilities Include
• Product Photography and Videography: Capture clear, high-quality step-by-step assembly and usage photos and videos of product samples, ensuring that all necessary angles and details are accurately documented.
• Managing Product Samples: Receive, organize, and store product sample for the team, maintaining proper records and storage system.
• Sample Tracking: Monitor the movement of product samples, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely returns when necessary and maintaining an organized log.
• Assist with Writers'' Product Samples: Unpack/pack, assemble, organize, and distribute product samples for the writers, ensuring they have the materials they need for their projects.
• File Management: Organize and maintain a digital archive of product photos, videos, and related documentation for easy retrieval.
• Administrative Support: Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with both the product documentation and writers' teams to ensure timely handling of tasks, including attending client or internal meetings when required to discuss product samples and related documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, some college or technicalcoursework is preferred.
• Minimum Professional Experience: None Required
• Minimum Know How:
• Fluent English
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and relevant software tools
• Familiarity with Offie Suite or similar documentation management software
• Physically capable of lifting light to medium-weight packages (up to 10-15 kg)
• Team spirit, innovative and proactive with high sense of responsibility
• Organized, dynamic and agile
• Loyal, honest and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Able to work with tight schedules and under pressure
• Good communication and explanation skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive in doing research
• Logical thinking and analytical mind is a must

Preferred (but Not Required)
• Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or support role.
• Experience working in a creative, writing, or editorial environment
