We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting website enhancement, systems migration efforts, and the integration of Generative AI solutions into our business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into technical specifications for our website upgrade, migration projects, and AI-driven initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a tangible impact on our digital transformation and AI-driven projects. This will be a 2 years' contract with potential to convert to a permanent role.

Roles & Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements for website enhancements, system migration, and Generative AI integration projects
Analyze current processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, creating detailed process maps and workflows
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams to enhance website functionality, usability, and performance
Support the planning and execution of system migration, ensuring smooth data transfer and integration between platforms
Assist in the implementation of Generative AI models and tools to help automate content generation, improve user experience, and optimize business processes
Prepare clear and concise project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to gather requirements for AI model training, validation, and deployment

Requirements
Bachelor degree in BBA, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related disciplines
2 years of experience in BA
Can-do attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in the website engineering is a plus
Exposure to AI/ML technologies or experience with projects involving AI integration is a plus
Immediate available is preferred
