Responsibilities:
• Assist with supplier outreach and negotiations, including price comparisons and proposal

generation
• Source and evaluate new suppliers that meet customer requirements, and schedule preliminary

meetings
• Consolidate supplier information and data into proposals for the BD and Project team
• Review and ensure compliance with NDA and other contract terms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and event planning
• Ensure contracts are fair and equitable, and work with the BD and Project team to negotiate and

finalize terms
• Assist with other BD and Project support tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sales or project support
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data
• Knowledge of contract terms and agreements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Draw.io, Photoshop, AutoCAD is a plus
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• No need to achieve any sales target
