As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Web 3 Branding and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role and Responsibilities

As the Web 3 Branding and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful branding and marketing strategies to establish our company as a thought leader in the Web 3 space. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Crafting a cohesive and compelling brand identity that resonates with our target audience in the Web 3 community
• Developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, content marketing, events, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition
• Collaborating with the product and engineering teams to ensure effective communication of our product features and value proposition
• Managing and optimizing our web presence, including the company website and online communities
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to inform data-driven marketing decisions
• Building and nurturing relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and communities
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to continually improve and refine our strategies

Qualifications and Skills
• 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, and multinational communications, with a proven track record of success in the Web 3 entertainment projects or tech industries
• Familiarity with the Web 3 entertainment ecosystem, including blockchain technology, RWA, Gamefi, AIGC, stablecoin and emerging trends
• Advanced skills in creating visual presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar)
• Experience in graphic design and visual content creation (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Ability to create and edit engaging marketing collateral, pitch decks, and branded materials
• Video editing skills are a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling and accessible messaging
• Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for design and user experience
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content creation, and data analytics
• Familiarity with web development and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
• Ability to work collaboratively with decentralised team members, cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
