Account Manager, Pension Sales & Distribution

Responsibilities

This incumbent will solicit new pension business no matter MPF & other non-MPF products including ILAS through AXA Agency channels and achieve the company’s sales target. You will assist to deliver MPF & non MPF trainings, including decumulation solution to AXA agents.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Prospect, sell and service MPF & non-MPF (including ILAS) to meet standards and objectives
• Promote among the agency to increase the number of MPF & ILAS licensees;
• Help to work collaboratively with Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Team to ensure a smooth onboarding of new pension clients & ILAS clients

Requirements
• University graduate or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in MPF & ILAS sales, other financial product training or agency-related experience.
• Corporate client presentation & closing experience is an advantage.
• Licensed holder of MPFA & SFC is preferable
• An outgoing personality with strong selling and presentation skills
• Mature, proactive and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including spoken & written English and Chinese
• Good proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint
