Cloud Engineer (Ray & Python)

We are seeking a highly skilled Distributed Computing Engineer to join our Cloud team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ray, strong proficiency in Python, and expertise in structured and unstructured data management. This role involves developing distributed systems, managing financial data, and optimizing performance in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize distributed computing solutions using Ray.
• Write efficient, high-quality code in Python for cloud-based applications.
• Manage and process structured and unstructured data effectively.
• Work with financial data related to equity and derivatives, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate distributed systems into cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and integrate market data from various sources, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery.
• Stay current with new technologies and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to learn and apply them.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Ray in a production environment.
• Strong coding skills in Python.
• Expertise in structured and unstructured data management.
• Familiarity with financial data related to equity and derivatives.
• Prior experience with financial data vendors and market data.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
