YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to:
• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources based on business needs.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to meet GP team reports and projects, improve the work efficiency and capture the result with meeting deadline.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
• Execute activities promptly and effectively, in accordance with deadlines set up by the business
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Include but not limited to
Skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, power query skills and commercial background is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills: Think creatively, logically, systematically, rationally. Strong with computer data analysis application e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, excellent presentation skills.
• Results orientation: Self-motivated to drive results. Thinks in terms of progress towards goals. Enjoys delivering results on time under challenging situations
• Effective communication skills: Vocal and proactive. Manages and resolves conflict. Negotiates tense situations successfully.
Experience
• Minimum Relevant experience: 5 to 7 years, Fabric knowledge for reports and projects preferred.
Language Proficiency
• Writing & Oral Skills: Proficient in both English and Chinese.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree holder in BA/ Marketing/ Economics/ Data Science/ Statistics or equivalent
SPECIFIC WORKING CONDITIONS ( if any)

• Other Specific Working Conditions: It requires a person to work in special working conditions cover a range of circumstances such as regular evening meetings.
