System Analyst, System Development & Support Department

Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business needs with users.
• Ensure development work follows department standards and guidelines.
• Review and comment on the various project / change request documentations.
• Manage the vendor to implement solutions as documented and tested.
• Ensure the software development progresses according to schedule and participate in program development when necessary to meet the predefined development schedule.
• Provide technical support on production system and implementation rollout of new systems.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT.
• Experienced in Software development life cycle.
• With Project Management certification (PMP) is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of AS400 is a must and proficiency in AS400 Query / SQL usage.
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• Good command of both written and SPOKEN English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
