Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying and recruiting new potential KOLs and influencers that align with our company goals and values

Responsible for developing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness

Develop long-term relationship with KOLs and influencers

Monitor influencer performance and ensuring strong ROI of influencer portfolio

Align with internal teams such as product team, to drive strategic growth

Conduct regular ad hoc market search and analysis to keep up with latest market trend and competitor activities in influencer marketing

Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Desired Skills and Experience:
Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines

2-3 years or above working experience in eCommerce, preferably in beauty and fast-fashion industry

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant position.

Strong interest in Korean and Asian branded beauty products

Solid experience in online digital marketing, preferably in social media, influencer marketing and affiliate marketing

Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations

Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks

Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Command of written and spoken French is an advantage
