Job Purpose:
The role of the incumbent is to develop a commercial strategy and lead the sales operations locally. We seek a results-driven, customer-centric leader who thrives on making a profound impact and driving regional growth. Identify new market opportunities to venture into and develop relationships with distributors and agents as needed.
At first, this will be an individual contributor role. You will lead the entire sales cycle to support the commercial expansion into new markets and make pitches to partners and customers.
Job Duties:
• Actively search, analyze opportunities, and target suitable organizations to drive new business development that supports the sales strategy.
• Cold call and pitch new customers.
• Build and maintain a strong customer relationship and understand their needs for business growth.
• Deliver sales targets for the assigned market.
• Design business proposals for new prospective corporate partners.
• Using data and statistics, develop a compelling customer proposal for our products and campaigns that can increase market reach and penetration.
• Managed a pipeline of marketing campaigns across various direct marketing channels timed for the highest response.
• Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate key performance indicators and improvements necessary to lift campaign results.
• Account servicing includes developing new products and services, devising marketing ideas, keeping projects within the approved P&L, and ensuring all campaigns launch on schedule.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Exercise & Sports Science, or relevant fields.
• 5 to 8 years of working experience in sales or business development in a B2B or corporate sales business environment. Prior experience within the pharmaceutical or direct-selling industry is an added advantage.
• Must be goal-oriented and have proven results in meeting sales goals.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and business presentation skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, positive attitude, and good team player.
