Machine Learning&Deep Learning Researcher

Responsible for R&D of Machine Learning & Deep Learning algorithms in various scenarios, such as documentation intelligence (OCR, Layout, Table Structure Recognition, DocVQA) and decision intelligence.

Participate in the design and implementation of AutoTR (time-series) / AutoCV product and the end-to-end industria solution in smart manufacturing

Keep pace with state-of-the-art research advancement in the above related fields and leverage them into products or applications

Job Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Have solid background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Deep Reinforcement Learning.
• Familiar with PyTorch or TensorFlow or PaddlePaddle.
• Strong engineering capabilities: Familiar with one or more programming languages (Python is preferred); Familiar with data structures and algorithms; Familiar with Linux and Git
• Ability to analyze and solve problems; Ability to learn new techniques with strong-self-motivation; Good communication skills and team-working spirit

Preferred candidates with one or more aspects below:
• Having research paper in top-tier conferences or journals wil be an advantage
