Associate Director, Strategy & Business Development, Capital Partners

Position Description

Responsible for supporting the CLSA Capital Partners management team in the Strategy & Business Development activities of the CLSA Capital Partners alternative investment management business. This position will be hired in Hong Kong and marketing/ investor relations related business trips are expected as normal working model.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Take an important role for the fund raising campaign for CLSA Capital Partners’ alternative investment strategies
• Maintain effective relationship with primary market target clients
• Group cooperation and coordination, liaison with various departments, subsidiaries and stakeholders within CLSA Capital Partners, CITIC CLSA and CITIC Securities
• Take business trips for business development

Requirements
• Master degree holder in finance/ accounting/ business with at least 6 years of work experience in financial industry
• Prior working with placement agents, experience in USD PE fund raising is a plus
• Previous/existing SFC license holder
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across various levels of seniority within a large organization
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation and negotiation skills
• Native in Mandarin and proficient in English, Cantonese is a plus
• Ability to work independently and a good team player
• Visa sponsorship is available for the suitable candidate
