CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our CLPe Commerce Department as Manager - Sourcing and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Sourcing and Sales branch to source products, services and coupons for Domeo with an aim to increase price competitiveness, and uplift business volume and gross margin
• Formulate sales strategies to achieve online and offline revenue and gross margin targets including product, service and Domeo point sales
• Manage the contracts with vendors and merchants, keep close collaboration and maintain inventories with an aim to derive mutual benefits
• Implement safety and quality assurance guidelines & procedures for home products and services
• Bundle the products, services, coupons and Domeo program features to increase customer engagement and basket size especially for online channel
• Collaborate with, Digital Experience & Data and Marketing & Communications branches to orchestrate sales campaign in O2O channels
• Collaborate with CLP Power teams to promote EE&C, digital adoption and other customer engagement initiatives
• Work closely with CLP Customer Operation team on shop display, storage and operation flow at CLP customer service centres and redemption centres for home product and coupon redemption with an aim to maximize operation efficiency and profitability
• Provide guidance to Product Sales & Operation team on Product and Merchant sourcing, to identify new business opportunities and product portfolio to boost Sales for Domeo
Requirements:
• A recognized university degree in Marketing/Business and Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in product sourcing, retail sales and operation, marketing and sales of home products and services, e.g. electrical appliances, household appliances, cooking appliances, health & wellness products etc.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in eCommerce system operation and use of eCommerce system to grow business (Adobe Magento will be added advantage)
• Strong competency in generating sales report and prepare business plan with analysis, in particular on leveraging customer data
• Familiar with home product & service sourcing, merchandising and vendor management
• Familiar with safety and quality standards for product categories in electrical appliances
• Passionate, creative and organised team player with a strong market-centric mindset and data-driven capabilities
• Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Computer literacy in SAP, Google Analytic, eCommerce platform and Microsoft Office
