C# Engineer (WFH)

As a C#.NET Developer, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our market-making operations. Your contributions will directly enhance trading speed, reliability, and scalability, providing a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving crypto space. • Develop Trading Systems: Design and implement high-performance, scalable C#.NET applications for real-time trading, order management, and risk analysis.
• Optimize for Low Latency: Apply low-latency programming techniques and optimizations to enhance system responsiveness and reliability.
• Integrate Market Data and APIs: Build integrations with cryptocurrency exchanges, market APIs, and data sources to ensure continuous and efficient market connectivity.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with traders, analysts, and other developers to refine trading strategies and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Ensure Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and participating in peer reviews.
• Real-Time Monitoring: Develop and maintain tools for real-time monitoring of market activities, trading system performance, and risk metrics.
• Production Support: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain system stability and minimize downtime.
• Experience: 3+ years of C#.NET development experience, preferably in a trading or financial technology environment.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in C#.NET, with an emphasis on asynchronous programming, multithreading, and low-latency application development.
• Experience with messaging protocols such as FIX, WebSockets, and other communication frameworks.
• Familiarity with real-time data handling, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB).
• Crypto/Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, trading systems, or blockchain technology is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, particularly in high-stakes and fast-paced environments.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
