Our Sales Managers are provided a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential and full benefits! This position will be 5 days on site in our main office at Keysborough and mainly incharge of Victoria territory with most travelling within Melbourne, across the whole state of Victoria.
We are looking to welcome a collaborative Sales Manager to be part of the Australian Sales Leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and accelerating long-term growth through strategic relationships. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a Sales team in building a robust sales pipeline, gaining new customers and executing innovative business development strategies that drive success.
What you will do:
• Understand the market landscape, identify growth opportunities, new customer prospects, key market segments, customers, market dynamics and trends to drive long term growth and expand market presence.
• Develop and execute account business plans that outline customer strategies, requirements, sales forecasts and customer satisfaction thresholds for accounts.
• Review and drive margins to achieve SOP targets.
• Understand the needs of the customer and competitors’ offerings to then identify potential gaps in the market.
• Identify and develop relationships with customers that are the most profitable and have the greatest potential for growth.
What you will bring:
• Minimum 7 years of business development and sales experience within food & beverage, flavours, specialty chemicals, with at least five (5) years in a sales leadership position directly managing a sales team
• Technical Experience helpful, but not required.
• Strong communication, motivational ability and teamwork sense.
• Possess the drive and passion to win!
