Responsibilities:
• Manage the growth and maintenance of the Group IT Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Centre of Excellence, overseeing the operation and management of UiPath for RPA initiatives
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize guidelines to refine processes for best practices in RPA design, deployment, and governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to administer change processes for new opportunities with RPA and ensure timely review of processes within RPA central platform
• Drive up the adoption rate of new initiatives, such as RPA, Power Platform and AI/ML solutions
• Identify and design business processes for automation using RPA and Power Platform applications such as Power Apps, to enhance business operational efficiency
• Acquire a thorough understanding of business workflows and provide constructive IT solutions to business users across all relevant platforms and tools
• Collaborate with multiple business units and IT functional teams to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
• Take responsibility for business requirement documents, system interfaces, reporting, and participation in all phases of the system development life cycle
• Manage and resolve day-to-day IT-related issues pertaining to various applications to facilitate the smooth running of daily operations
• Liaise with vendors for project implementation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
• At least 3 years IT relevant work experience in a role of developer and/or business analyst
• Proficient with UiPath (RPA) and Power Platform applications such as Power Apps and Power Automate
• Familiarity with governance, adoption, and training in RPA, Power Platform or other group shared service applications within enterprise IT environments
• Hands-on experience with low-code development platforms (LCDP) is advantageous
• Sound experience in SDLC. Experience in agile development progress is a plus
