RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will assist in organizing training courses and projects as well as performing training administration activities. He / She will be responsible for designing and conducting training courses, developing and managing training-related projects, liaising with training vendors, making training arrangements, maintaining training records / reports, and supporting ad hoc projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
5 - 10 years’ work experience in learning and development. Prior training experience in service industries a plus
Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
Mature, self-motivated as well as able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight timelines
A strong team player, outgoing and passionate
Competent in MS Office, photo and video editing software, and quick to learn new technologies
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer
