We are currently looking for a System Analyst, Financial Consolidation & Control in our Finance Department.
As a System Analyst, Financial Consolidation & Control, we will rely on you to:
Perform data mapping, integration and reconciliation between systems
Provide technical support to users on various financial systems
Coordinate with different stakeholders for system administration including assign access rights, maintain system security, create and maintain chart of account
Assist in monitoring any project status, rollout plans and provide weekly status update
Prepare project documentation including business requirements, business flow diagram and user manuals
Assist in User Acceptance Test, and provide support and training to end-user
Coordinate with external vendors for any system patch release and/or new financial system
Assist in planning and coordinating any ad hoc projects and requests
We are looking for someone who has:
University graduate in Business Administration/Information Systems or related disciplines preferred
1-2 years’ working experience in any financial system is preferred
Experience in using HFM/ Infor Sun Systems / TM1 is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Knowledge of VBA programming is a plus
Self-motivated and able to demonstrate ability to multi-tasks and work independently
Good communication, organization, and analytical skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
