As an A&D Sales Manager, you will be the key bridge between our innovative products and the architects, designers, builders, and developers who bring them to life. This is a unique opportunity to harness your expertise in architectural sales and relationship-building to elevate Neolith’s presence and drive brand engagement across Hong Kong. Responsibilities
• Develop and nurture relationships with architects, designers, developers, and other stakeholders in the commercial and residential sectors.
• Conduct compelling presentations that bring Neolith’s brand story and product strengths to life, with a special focus on façade solutions and high-end architectural applications.
• Represent Neolith at leading trade shows, design fairs, and industry events to expand our network and brand reach.
• Proactively identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to the unparalleled quality and design possibilities Neolith offers.
• Keep meticulous records of client interactions and sales activity, contributing to strategic growth through data-driven insights.
• Work closely with global and regional teams to align sales strategies and achieve outstanding results in the Hong Kong market.
Requirements
• 2+ years in a related role, ideally with exposure to architectural sales, the stone or luxury building materials industry, or high-end interior design.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships within the A&D community, leveraging your knowledge and network.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enthusiasm for architectural trends, and an eye for innovative design.
