The client is a European based eCommerce company. While they are now growing their HK Office as the Regional APAC hub; hence they are now looking for a new headcount for a Regional Business Analyst – Process Improvement (PMO) (HKD35k – 45k x 13) to join their growing team
Responsibilities:
Strategic Portfolio Planning: Work closely with senior management to define and prioritize projects based on strategic value, ROI, and resource availability.
Project Prioritization & Selection : Evaluate potential projects based on feasibility, alignment with strategic objectives, and potential ROI.
Business Process Improvement / Reengineering : Critically evaluate existing workflows and recommend targeted improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
Portfolio Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor the performance of the project portfolio against key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic and business objectives and key results (OKRs).
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate productive meetings and convey findings effectively across various levels of the organization.
Project Support: Contribute to comprehensive project management activities, encompassing planning, execution, and post-implementation assessments.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects in the portfolio.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
Experience in Portfolio Management, Project Management, or related role, preferably within the ecommerce or technology industry.
Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in portfolio management tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English;
