System Analyst (Retail & Enterprise Solutions)

Job Description

Our Client, is seeking a System Analyst to join their expanding IT team in Hong Kong This is a reputable and well known company within the retail industry and has been established for over 100 years. With their continuous expansion in their business, this is an excellent opportunity for a high caliber IT professional to join the company.

Role & Responsibilities
• Involve in ongoing system enhancements and upgrades within the company's ERP, CRM, POS and other business applications
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing user and system requirements, write functional specifications and involve in system design process
• Foster teamwork and collaborate with internal and external members to ensure effective communications and smooth project delivery
• Provide business operational support to users and address user inquiries, followed by detailed documentation

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree holder and above in IT or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent position that has been involved in sizeable organization projects
• Experienced in ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle), POS, CRM, Data Platform, Business Intelligence
• Experienced in Project Management, Business User Support will be highly advantageous
• Problem-solver, Self-driven individual who is willing to adapt new technologies in the market
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
