Senior Product Manager, Exchange Product

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join the Product Management team in Hong Kong.

As a Product Manager for Custody, you will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team to plan, build, launch, and enhance blockchain based custody solutions to support Bullish current and future projects. Reporting to the Custody Product Management Lead, you will coordinate closely with Bullish Product, Project & Engineering teams (US, Hong Kong, Singapore), and also act as the main point of contact with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing and other departments.

With the exciting advancements Bullish is making by bridging TradFi (traditional finance), CeFi (centralized finance) and DeFi (decentralized finance), this position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in FinTech and what blockchain can do for the financial services industry as a whole.

Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
• Support the management of the Custody product roadmap, setting and continuously managing expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of potential providers.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Product Development Lifecycle
• Gather requirements from internal/external stakeholders.
• Define & monitor product success metrics.
• Deliver product enablement materials such as demos and videos for Sales teams.
• Support Product Marketing to create customer focused messaging and content (e.g. product awareness/launch).
• Integration Management
• Lead the end-to-end integration process with fiat banking partners and payment service providers.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless and secure integrations.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure the delivery of tools and systems necessary for accurate financial reporting and effective cash management
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
• Attend trade shows and other events to help showcase Bullish products
• Some domestic & international travel is required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing banking integrations and/or payment products within complex systems.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including traditional banking, credit card processing, and digital wallets.
• Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Microsoft ADO, Github, Trello, etc.
• Experience working in a distributed organization.
