RGP is seeking detail-oriented and analytical Data Analysts, who are innovative, results-driven, and people-oriented to help our clients solve business problems and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to optimize procurement processes, enhance supply chain efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory management, preferrably within the label and packaging manufacturing sector.

Your key responsibilities
• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources related to procurement and supply chain operations to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to procurement efficiency, cost savings, and supplier performance
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Supplier Performance Evaluation: Analyze supplier data to assess performance metrics, quality, delivery times, and compliance with contracts
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and analyze data to optimize stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and minimize stockouts
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and operations, to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining databases and conducting regular audits of procurement-related data
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required to support various projects and initiatives within the supply chain and procurement functions
You know that you can do the job if you have…
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Managment, or or related disciplines
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in supply chain and procurement environments, preferably in label and packaging manufacturing
• Familiarity with supply chain and procurement processes and best practices
• Demonstrate proficiency in data analytics, focusing on data preparation, interpretation, model development, and testing
• Experience executing data preprocessing tasks, including data collection, cleaning, transformation, scaling, normalization/standardization, and splitting, using Python, R and/or SQL
• Proficient in utilizing Power BI for data visualization
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple data analytics projects simultaneously
• Immediate availability is preferred
