Deputy Manager (Operations – Branch Support & Telecommunication) (Ref: CO-DOM)

• Responsible for managing and administering all centralized works & jobs of Branch Support & Telecommunication Sections under Operations Department
• Acting as the deputy operations manager to manage the operational tasks and projects of all departments/sections/units (e.g. Remittance & Settlement, Loans Operations, etc.) under Operations Department to ensure smooth operations
• Manage to administrate all correspondences from various Government departments (e.g. the HK Police, Official Receiver, etc.), solicitors and accounting firms in matters related to customers
• Manage to administrate all operational tasks responsible by Operations – Telecommunication Section relating to the SWIFT systems
• Good acknowledge and experience in SWIFT, interbank paper/electronic clearing & settlement services (such as, HK Interbank Clearing Ltd., The Central Clearing And Settlement System, etc.)
• Degree holder in Banking & Finance or related disciplines with 10 years relevant experience at least 5 years at managerial level
• Excellent interpersonal, management and presentation skill
• Good English business writing skill
