BD & Project Manager-Tokenisation

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with cross-functional teams, including technology, business development, compliance, and marketing departments, to develop and promote blockchain-based tokenization products.

Engage in high-level discussions and collaborations with industry leaders, regulatory bodies, and technology partners to foster the development of industry standards and best practices.

Evaluate emerging tokenization technologies and market trends to formulate long-term development strategies and innovation agendas.

Oversee the project delivery process, ensuring timely and successful execution of tokenization projects from conception through to implementation.

Establish and enforce a risk management framework to ensure all tokenization projects and operations comply with international regulations and policy requirements.

Enhance the technical capabilities and operational efficiency of the team, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and meet expected outcomes.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial technology, blockchain, or related fields, including direct experience with tokenization technologies.

Strong business and technical background with the ability to lead teams in the development and implementation of complex tokenization solutions.

Familiarity with global financial market operations and the ability to operate within diverse cultural and multi-regional regulatory environments.

Exceptional strategic thinking skills, capable of making forward-thinking decisions in a rapidly changing market.

Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration ability, effective at communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.

Proficiency in English and Chinese.
