Job Description
Manage and develop overseas business for exports, including establishing and expanding sales channels locally, completing sales tasks, and establishing strategic business relationships. At the same time, this position requires responsibility for various aspects such as sales costs, business growth, and sales profits, continuously enhancing the brand influence of Leidi in the local market to achieve the company's development vision in the local market.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in sales, marketing, marketing, chemical or related construction industries.
• Familiar with the situation of local real estate companies, especially with experience in group procurement or major clients of real estate companies.
• Skilled in utilizing the company's resource advantages, developing marketing plans, expanding the market, and having good implementation and execution abilities.
• Has good communication and coordination skills, can HANDLE pressure and quickly handle emergencies.
• Proactive in work, able to endure hardships and work hard, humble and have a good team spirit.
• Passionate about building materials sales work, and even more passionate about one's own job.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Work Location: Hong Kong (WFH)
Working hours: 8 hours (flexible working hours)
Salary And Benefits
• Basic salary 35K-50K + bonus/month
• 10 days annual leave
• Public Holiday (Hong Kong public holidays + 11 days of mainland public holidays)
• Labor insurance
• MPF
• Car allowance 3000HKD + phone allowance 300HKD + meal allowance 300HKD

• 熱愛建材銷售工作,熱愛自己的本職工作
• 英語、粵語、國語流利
工作地點:香港(居家辦公)
工作時間:8小時(彈性工作制)
薪酬福利:
• 固定工資35K-50K+提成/月
• 10天年假
