Chevalier (E & M Contracting) Limited provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, fire services, water supply and drainage, emergency back-up power supply systems, air conditioning equipment sales, commissioning and maintenance services to the customers. We have a full range of experience in design, supply and installation of building services systems, project management, repair and maintenance services.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall project management and coordination of building services project including project progress, quality control, cost control and client relations
• Lead the project team and ensure all works are complied with contractual requirements
• Attend regular site meetings and liaise with client's representatives, architects and sub-contractors
• Monitor overall contractual and technical matters for the projects
Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years' relevant experience in large-scale building services projects with 3 years' experience in managerial level
• Qualification of MHKIE, MIMechE, MCIBSE or equivalent is highly preferred
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Possess excellent leadership and management skills
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Project Manager.
